Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt – 200 g
- Mixed berries – 100 g
- Banana – 1 small
- Honey – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Rolled oats – 30 g
- Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Cooking steps:
- Add yogurt to a bowl
- Slice banana
- FTop with berries and oats
- Add garlic, noodles, soy sauce
- Drizzle with honey
- Sprinkle chia seeds
