Speedy Garlic Soy Salmon Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet – 200 g
  • Egg noodles – 120 g (dry)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Spring onion – 1 stalk
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Cooking steps:

  • Boil noodles, drain
  • Cut salmon into chunks
  • Fry salmon briefly in oil
  • Add garlic, noodles, soy sauce
  • Toss gently
  • Top with spring onion and sesame seeds
