Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet – 200 g
- Egg noodles – 120 g (dry)
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Spring onion – 1 stalk
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Cooking steps:
- Boil noodles, drain
- Cut salmon into chunks
- Fry salmon briefly in oil
- Add garlic, noodles, soy sauce
- Toss gently
- Top with spring onion and sesame seeds
