Ingredients:
- Quinoa (dry) – 80 g
- Broccoli florets – 100 g
- Frozen mixed vegetables – 150 g
- Soy sauce – 22 ml
- Vegetable oil – 15 ml
- Garlic – 1 clove
Cooking steps:
- Cook quinoa in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil broccoli florets for 2–3 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add frozen vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add cooked quinoa and soy sauce to the pan.
- Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes.
