Quinoa Veggie Bowl with Soy Sauce

Warm quinoa tossed with sautéed vegetables in a light soy sauce for a quick and satisfying meal. Simple, healthy, and perfect for a fast lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Quinoa (dry) – 80 g
  • Broccoli florets – 100 g
  • Frozen mixed vegetables – 150 g
  • Soy sauce – 22 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 15 ml
  • Garlic – 1 clove

Cooking steps:

  • Cook quinoa in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, boil broccoli florets for 2–3 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add frozen vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add cooked quinoa and soy sauce to the pan.
  • Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Optional finishing touches: sesame seeds, chili flakes, black pepper, chopped spring onions, or a drizzle of sesame oil.
