Ingredients:
- Buckwheat (dry) – 80 g
- Broccoli florets (boiled) – 100 g
- Frozen mixed vegetables – 150 g
- Soy sauce – 1.5 tbsp (22 ml)
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Garlic – 1 clove
Cooking steps:
- Cook buckwheat until tender
- Boil broccoli florets briefly
- Heat oil, add garlic and vegetables
- Add buckwheat and soy sauce
- Toss everything together
Optional seasoning ideas (to taste): Sesame seeds, Chili flakes, Black pepper, A splash of sesame oil, Spring onions
