Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour – 95 g
- Milk – 120 ml
- Egg – 1 small
- Baking powder – ¾ tsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Blueberries – 60 g
Cooking steps:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder
- Add egg and milk, whisk smooth
- Cook small pancakes until bubbly
- Flip and cook until golden
- Top with fresh blueberries
